Do you have a same-day visit option?

While we do not guarantee that, we are a local company and live here, so it is often possible to find a time slot as early as the same or the next day, and if the issue is not very specific, you may even get a same-day repair!

Do I need to buy the parts? How long does it take to get the parts?

You do not need to buy the parts yourself: our technician has the most common parts on him, and if some specific parts are needed, he brings them at the next visit. Please, be aware that we provide a 90-day guarantee on the parts provided by us only.

How much do I have to pay for a service call?

We run a very affordable service call fee of $65.00, and the best part of it is that if you decide to go on with a repair with us, the service call fee is waived.

Can you provide a price estimate for a repair?

The cost largely depends on the price of the parts and the type of labor needed, so to provide a correct estimate our technician shall conduct diagnostics on the appliance first. We are a member of the United Appliance Servicers Association and use the recommended price from their bluebook, plus we offer a system of discounts, which will be offered by a technician during the visit.

Do I have to be at the premises when the technician comes?

You don’t have to! We will make an appointment and send you a link for an invoice to be pre-paid before the visit. When the technician is on his way you will get a text message, and when he finishes the diagnostics, he will send you pictures and an estimate for repairs. If you decide to go on with repairs, then this pre-paid amount goes towards the repair payment.

Do you take old appliances? How do I get rid of my junk appliances?

We do not buy out or collect old appliances and we recommend contacting your solid waste collection company as they usually offer bulk trash pick-up. We will always be willing to help you to take it to the curb, as long as you arrange the pick-up!
